KUF prepares
hardly stay more than ten weeks to the 70-member volunteer team or for the preparation of the largest youth-southern Lower Saxony (confirmation class leisure, in short, CUF). Nearly 230 girls and boys are out of 22 to 26 March, the House Solling in Dassel. The young team of young conductors between 16 and 26 years, the past weekend spent in the Youth Education Centre in Fürstenberg. The first foundation stone of the CUF were put together in 2010: one, to the beginning of this week together, secret motto is found, which runs through all actions and work to leisure. The preparatory team for individual events, like baptism, theater, concert and dinner on the CUF are educated and many arrangements are made. For now it is a matter of weeks to complete five days of theme work, spirituality, community, fun and excitement - the young church there leaves nothing to chance. The small groups in which the confirmation much time to spend those five days are planned to start the day and evening invented circuits and other more. This message goes to all who have this issue an open ear and an open heart.
When our daughter moved out in 2008 to live in South America for a year with a host family, met the South African culture and also went to school there, we have decided, in return, a Austauschülerin take with us. After all, the room was free and our daughter always an empty room to suck down quite beautiful. Came to us then for a year, the 17 year-old Carla from Argentina. A South American beauty with just such a temperament. She arrived in February from the Argentinean summer (35 °) to us in the cold (-5 °) and were on our way to the car almost froze to death (when our daughter was the other way). It started an exciting time, we have the first few weeks a lot of talk with his hands and feet, trying to explain the simplest things, laughed a lot, done a lot. Carla was a super man and has our life this year but a lot from it, we do not want to miss the time with her. Unfortunately, this year went by way too fast and ended in Airport with a lot of tears on both sides. Our consolation was that we had our daughter from Paraguay back in my arms. But we still lacked something. And so it happened that in 2009 we again received an exchange student in our family. This time a boy, Nico, 18 years old and also from Argentina. And again it was a great experience and again, our lives enriched by it. We still keep contact and next year both want to come back to us and spend their holidays here, if it allows the study. We are looking forward to her animal.
On 26 February to be back very many exchange students from all countries in Frankfurt. Are you excited uncertain, curious, and want only one thing, get to finally know the long-awaited family and enjoy a great year in Germany. And in the summer, the neighbor.
We urgently looking for nice families that receive a student in February or in the summer and say, "Hello and welcome to a year you are now a part of our family."
You need to have no doubts that the students a full year will be busy. Experience, they learn very quickly German, arrange meetings, often traveling with friends, playing sports, youth groups, city tours. They are very fast independently and enjoy your time at home as a relaxation phase, as their own children as well. can be
family (almost) everyone. Families, single mothers and fathers and couples without children are cordially invited to do so. Who would be visiting family needs, not a big house or a high income. If you have a big heart and an extra bed, you're just the right family. The important thing is a sincere interest in young people from another culture.
Think about about it, time goes in you and consider whether you want to experience so a great year and give an exchange student the opportunity to get together with you to the German way of life.
