The Indra Regent has 432 rooms and is located in the shopping district in Bangkok. The hotel has several restaurants and bars, a small swimming pool, spa, conference center, shopping arcade and a small travel agency, as we booked our afternoon tour.

The hotel had a very nice breakfast room on a terrace, but the furniture was a little too dark. From the breakfast terrace you could see the pool and "Sala Thai". Sala Thai every night was served a Thai dinner, and offered to traditional music and dance.

Most stories in the Indra Regent were Non smoking floors, which I very much welcomed. The restaurants and bar were Non smoking area, just what was eating very pleasant - even though we have only had breakfast there.

we saw many of our rooms in this hotel but not since we were mostly on the road. All the more we saw it from the hotel bar where we had every time before and after dinner. Before each time could fall into bed dead tired, there was still whiskey and mangosteens in Herbert's room.

The hotel had also connected a very nice shopping arcade in which we daily were strolling.
